Castaldo LiquaCast® RTV Liquid Moulding Rubber is a professional-grade solution for creating highly accurate moulds without the need for heat or pressure. Designed specifically for delicate and heat-sensitive materials, this room temperature vulcanising (RTV) rubber allows you to safely reproduce intricate forms that would otherwise be damaged during traditional vulcanisation.

The material is simple to measure, mix, and degas, helping you achieve bubble-free moulds with minimal effort. The generous working time of 45–60 minutes provides ample control during preparation.

Strong, Flexible and Production-Ready Moulds

Unlike many conventional RTV rubbers, LiquaCast produces moulds that are exceptionally strong, durable, and flexible. These are not temporary or prototype moulds—LiquaCast moulds are built for production use and can withstand hundreds of casting cycles without degrading.

Once cured, the mould maintains its structural integrity and does not soften over time, ensuring consistent results batch after batch.

Flexible Curing Options to Suit Your Workflow

LiquaCast adapts to your production schedule. At room temperature, the mould cures fully in approximately 12–18 hours, making it suitable for overnight processing.

For faster turnaround, curing can be accelerated to as little as 90 minutes at 66°C, allowing you to significantly reduce production time when needed.
