This resin provides excellent print quality with its low viscosity and minimal odour, making it incredibly user-friendly and efficient. The hydrophilic nature of the Phrozen Water Washable Resin allows for easy cleaning of printed models and the build area with just plain water. You can fill your wash and cure unit with water instead of IPA, simplifying the post-processing routine and making it more environmentally friendly.

Optimised for Popular 3D Printers

This resin is compatible with all popular 405nm LCD 3D printers, including Phrozen, Anycubic, Wanhao, Creality, Elegoo, and Longer. It supports fast printing with a cure time as low as 1.5 seconds per layer on Phrozen’s Sonic 3D printers at 50µm, making it suitable for both hobbyists and professionals.

The resin’s properties ensure strong, flexible, and durable prints, which are ideal for everyday models and prototypes. Its low viscosity also contributes to its ease of use and high print quality.

The resin has a viscosity of 149 cps, a proportion of 1.05, and a Tg of 87 °C. It offers 14% elongation, a break value of 21 MPa, and a surface hardness of Shore 80D. Additionally, it has an I-Zod impact value of 1.52 KJ/m2. These specifications ensure that the resin meets the high standards required for 3D printing.

Practical Tips for Best Results

For slower 3D printers, start with 6 base layers of 50-90 seconds and a build time of 6-10 seconds per layer. This resin is ideal for detailed, non-brittle prints that require strength and flexibility.

Environmentally Friendly Disposal

Shake the resin for at least 60 seconds before use. Clean parts with water and spray with an air gun. Do not dump wastewater directly; cure it with sunlight or add 10% Waste Disposal Agent and filter residues before disposal to ensure responsible waste management.
