How to Use WG2014-2 White Gold Master Alloy
- Mix with Fine Gold Only – Combine WG2014-2 white alloy grains with the required amount of fine gold (999.9 purity) to achieve the 14K standard.
- Melting Process – Heat the mixture in a clean crucible under controlled conditions to achieve a homogeneous melt.
- Casting & Quenching – After casting, quench the flask in hot water at +80°C after 20 to 25 minutes to ensure a refined grain structure and enhanced material properties.
- Processing & Finishing – The alloy allows for excellent polishing, machining, and setting, producing high-quality, professional-grade jewellery.
