Description

Both jaws are semi-circular and have a flat inner surface that narrows from the lower end to the upper ends, ideal for opening and closing rings, creating corners, etc. Fine finishing reduces the risk of damage to fragile details.

These pliers are made with a transfer joint, where one side of the joint overlaps the other side, with the screw set through both sides. This screw allows the hinge to be adjusted as required.

The double-leaf spring consists of flat, hardened metal tabs attached to the inside of the handles of both tools, positioned so that they meet and hold the handles apart (and jaws open) until they are compressed, ensuring a fast, strong rebound that increases productivity.

Ergonomic handles ensure a comfortable grip, allowing you to work longer and reducing hand fatigue. Durston chainrings are made with polyester handles for increased comfort.
