Description
The Durston Basics Ring Stretcher is designed to resize plain wedding bands and non-ferrous metal rings accurately. Manufactured from robust cast iron, this ring stretcher is designed to simplify the sizing of plain wedding bands and non-ferrous metal rings (excluding steel). The product is equipped with an unmarked six-spline stretcher, perfect for increasing ring sizes, and a double-sided reducing plate that easily reduces the size of rings, including narrow bands.

This ring stretcher is capable of resizing most rings by approximately one size. The reducing plates feature holes of various diameters, allowing for different levels of indentation and accurate resizing. The stretcher itself adjusts to accommodate a wide range of ring sizes.
The Durston Basics Ring Stretcher also includes four mounting holes in its base for securing the tool to a bench or workstation, offering stability during use (note: fixings are not supplied). Occasional greasing of the main body is recommended to maintain optimal performance and prolong the tool’s lifespan. This ring stretcher is simple to use and helps ensure efficient resizing for different types of jewellery projects.
