This 800 grit polishing sandpaper stick offers ultra super fine abrasion, making it a go-to tool for refined hand-finishing, deburring, and surface preparation in jewellery making, watch repair, and precision metalwork. With a flat shape and firm wooden backing, it provides consistent, controllable abrasion similar to a file, but with a softer touch ideal for more delicate work.

At 19mm wide, 5mm thick, and 250mm long, the stick is easy to handle and long enough for even strokes over broad or detailed surfaces, helping you achieve smooth, uniform finishes before final polishing.

Ideal for Pre-Polish Refinement and Transitional Finishing

The 800 grit grade sits between the coarser shaping stages and the ultra-fine polish preparation, making it perfect for:

• Smoothing tool marks after filing or coarser sanding
