The top rolls offer an extra-wide flat rolling area of 158mm, with a roll diameter of 60mm, allowing for a maximum roll thickness of 6mm. The bottom rolls are equipped with 19 square wire grooves, enabling precise wire rolling from 10mm to 1mm. Additionally, the bottom rolls include three half rounds for further customisation, making this mill ideal for a wide range of jewellery-making tasks.

Easy Adjustment and Quick Lever Changeover

The Double D4 Rolling Mill comes with two turning levers, each designed for specific rolling tasks. The first lever, with an 11-to-1 gear reduction, is perfect for heavy rolling, providing maximum torque. The second lever, featuring a 5-to-1 gear ratio, doubles the turning speed for lighter jobs. Changing between levers is quick and easy, taking just a few seconds, and ensuring seamless operation during different tasks.
