Durston’s massive capacity Agile F165 continues the Durston tradition of super strong design to support each load effortlessly, with no compromise on quality.

The C80 has nine wire shaping rollers ranging from 6.5mm to 1mm. The width of the rollers is 80mm with a diameter of 45mm and can take metal sheets up to 5mm thick. This rolling mill has no side extensions added to the core product.

Powered Rolling Mill – DRM W130 Single-Sided from Durston Tools. The DRM W130 Powered Rolling Mill is constructed from cast iron for optimal strength and rigidity. The W130 is a powered grooved rolling mill for wire rolling; side extensions also enable half round milling. This versatile package has variable speeds from 5 to 20 RPM and a highly efficient, near-silent operation. The rolls are especially induction hardened to 64 RC; the main barrel has 19 square grooves for wire rolling from 10mm – 1mm. Side extension rollers provide a total of four half-rounds of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5mm.

TUI C130 Single Sided Rolling Mill, this variable speed Powered Rolling Mill features a single set of 130mm combination rolls that have 11 wire grooves, a 80mm flat rolling area and side extensions for rolling half round wire.

TUI F130 Single Sided Rolling Mill, this variable speed Powered Rolling Mill features a single set of 130mm flat rolls plus the added benefit of side extensions for rolling half round wire.

TUI W130 Single Sided Rolling Mill, this variable speed Powered Rolling Mill features a single set of 130mm rolls totally dedicated to rolling wire, 19 square wire grooves from 10mm to 1 mm create a perfect finish every time and side extensions for rolling half round wire are an added benefit of this Powered Rolling Mill.

The FSM 200 Double-Sided Power Mill is constructed from cast iron for optimal strength and rigidity. The mill is available in two-speed configurations; fixed speed and variable speed. There is also a computer control panel which offers more information such as roll speed, pressure, oil indicator and light work. This mill is floor standing and offers automatic lubrication to roller bearings, 200mm of flat roll area and 24 square grooves.
