The Scan Ladder Titanium Direct Kit is a professional-grade solution designed for accurate and efficient full-arch digital implant scanning. Each kit includes six uniquely shaped scan bodies, manufactured from matte-finish medical-grade titanium to ensure precise scan data and long-term reusability. The matt finish also enhances scanning precision across all major intraoral scanners, including Medit and SmartX, without being tied to a specific lab system.

Direct-to-MUA Compatibility
The design allows for direct connection to multi-unit abutments (MUAs), eliminating the need for intermediate parts and reducing tolerance stacking. This leads to better cross-arch alignment and higher accuracy in full-arch prosthetic workflows.

Unique Shapes for Software Recognition
Each scan body in the kit has a distinct geometry, enabling CAD software to individually recognise each one. This prevents scanning confusion or position mismatches common with identical scan bodies and improves data capture across arches.

Updated CAD Libraries
The system is supported by a single, unified CAD library that includes compatibility with Rosen, Powerball, and Vortex screws, as well as integration with Exocad and 3Shape. The consistent central match cylinder ensures that scans remain accurate, even if one scan body shifts during scanning—simply reset it and resume.
